4.A For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Catering liquor license (LIQUOR-008071-2023) with Kevin Cook as the liquor manager for Tahoe Canning Company LLC located at 1315 Stephanie Way, Minden, NV 89423.

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Liquor Catering License with Kevin Cook as the liquor manager for Tahoe Canning Company LLC at 1315 Stephanie Way, Minden, NV 89423 subject to the following approval.

4.B For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application for a Package liquor license (LIQUOR-008063-2023) with Chai Lee as the liquor manager for Titan Golden Enterprises, Inc located at 1321 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701.

Recommendation: To approve an application for a Package Liquor License with Chai Lee as the liquor manager for Titan Golden Enterprises, Inc at 1321 N Carson Street, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following approval.

4.C For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an application to approve a change of liquor manager to Combo Liquor License (LIQUOR-006113-2021) to Sandra Nagel for Retail Court Hotel, LLC dba Staybridge Suites Carson City located at 972 Retail Ct, Carson City, NV 89706.

Recommendation: To approve an application to change the liquor manager to Sandra Nagel for the Combo Liquor License for Retail Court Hotel, LLC dba Staybridge Suites Carson City at 972 Retail Ct, Carson City, NV 89706 subject to the following approval.

4.D For Possible Action:  Discussion and possible action regarding an applications to approve a change of liquor manager to Package Liquor Licenses (LIQUOR-004737-2020 and LIQUOR-004738-2020) to Cory Jackson for JACKSONS FOOD STORES INC dba Extra Mile #128 & #139 located at 1400 Rand Ave Carson City, NV 89706, and 1615 E 5th Street, Carson City, NV 89701 respectively.

Recommendation: To approve applications to change the liquor manager to Cory Jackson for the Package Liquor Licenses for Jacksons Food Stores Inc dba Extra Mile #128 & #139 at 1400 Rand Ave Carson City, NV 89706 and 1615 E 5th Street, Carson City, NV 89701 subject to the following approval.

**PUBLIC COMMENT:  Please note that liquor hearings conducted by the Hearings Officer are NOT subject to Nevada’s Open Meeting Law requirements because an individual Hearing Officer does not constitute a “public body” as that term is defined in NRS 241.015 for purposes of Open Meeting Law compliance. However, to further the City’s policy of providing transparency in government and to encourage public participation, the Hearings Officer will provide at least two public comment periods in accordance with the Open Meeting Law prior to adjournment. In addition, it is Carson City’s aspirational goal to also provide for item-specific public comment as follows:  In order for members of the public to participate in the public body’s consideration of an agenda item, the public is strongly encouraged to comment on an agenda item when called for by the Hearings Officer during the item itself.
